How long does my order take to ship?

Some items are ready to post and others are made to order, please read the individual listing which will explain shipping times for your chosen item.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes. If you are ordering from outside the UK you may be charged customs duties and taxes once items have been dispatched - you are responsible for paying these.

What is your return policy? 

Bespoke and customised orders cannot be returned. If they arrive damaged, please get in touch (hello@ameliaspimpolo.co.uk) so that I can resolve the situation. Other items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
